A Muslim should avoid not only engaging in forbidden actions themselves but also assisting others in committing forbidden acts. However, in countries where Muslims are in the minority, it may be difficult to find jobs that fully align with Islamic principles. When choosing a job, attention should be paid to three main considerations: First, the nature of the job itself must be lawful (halal); second, if the job involves unlawful elements, the possibility of choosing a lawful option should be explored; third, the likelihood of encountering unlawful actions or elements should be minimal.

Food distribution is inherently a lawful (halal) job as it aims to fulfill a human need. However, if some of the items being transported, such as pork or alcohol, are haram (forbidden), then the alternative of transporting only halal items should be considered. If such an option is not available, the ruling should be based on the majority view. In the future, if you find a completely halal job that gives you peace of mind, it would be appropriate to pursue that instead.
