There is no harm in eating fish that have been fed with dirty feed in the sea or certain pools. This is because the feed undergoes certain transformations, or chemical changes, in the bodies of the fish. Just as animals roaming freely in the streets are kept for a few days before being slaughtered, fish that eat inherently impure substances should also be kept for a day or two.
