The issue of organ donation has several aspects:

If an organ transplant is to be performed from a living person, such as a kidney transplant, the organ to be donated must not compromise the donor’s health or hinder the continuation of their normal life. In other words, it is not permissible to donate organs that would endanger one’s own life or health, and donating reproductive organs is also not permissible.

In the case of a transplant from a deceased person, the organs to be transplanted should be those that are necessary for the recipient to maintain their life and health in daily life. Transplanting organs or tissues for non-medical purposes, such as beauty, is not permissible, and donating them is also not allowed.

Furthermore, organs for which alternative medical treatments exist cannot be transplanted from others nor donated to others.
