For a person working abroad, providing false information to claim a pension from another country is neither ethically nor legally acceptable, and it is also religiously impermissible. A sincere intention does not justify committing fraud. Using money obtained through deceit to help those in need is also not permissible.

Worship, especially acts involving wealth, must come from pure and lawful earnings to be accepted by Allah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Only good (lawful) wealth brings good results” (Muslim, Zakat, 121). The Qur’an commands, “Spend from the good and lawful things you have earned” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:267). Any charity or donation given from unlawful earnings will not be accepted. Hence, obtaining a pension through deceit and using it for charity does not align with Islamic principles.
